FASTCASH - MONEY REFUND POLICY
Fast cash financial services Limited adheres to and stands behind stringent compliance
practises and policies undertaking money transfers. If for any reason a customer
does decide to not to send the transfer, he or she may request for a refund based
on the following guidelines:
- The sender must request for a refund in writing stating the reason and customer
number, duly signed by the sender coupled with a copy of his or her passport or
driving license. All written refund requests will be subject to review and discretion
of Fast Cash financial Services.
- For all processed transfers; the sender shall only receive the principal amount
minus the refund admin fee.
- An admin fee of £5 will be charged for all refunds. The refund charge may vary due
to bank charges or exchange rate losses that maybe incurred by Efastcash at the
time of a refund.
- It would typically take approximately 7 working days to effect a refund and refund
money will only be transferred to the sender’s bank account. Alternately, the account
holder may come and collect the refund from any of our branches upon presentation
of a valid photo ID.
