How can I open a Money Transfer Account with eFast Cash?
You need to call the eFastcash customer support centre on 0208 886 4488, speak to
a customer support agent and register yourself. At this initial registration, we
will require two (2) forms of identification, one of which must be a photo ID (for
example a passport copy or driving license) as well as a proof of address such as
a up-to-date utility bill.
Is the ID requirement compulsory?
The ID requirement is compulsory for all customers. This is the law that is applicable
to all Money Transfer Businesses in the United Kingdom under Customs and Excise
regulations which require us to KNOW OUR CUSTOMER.
Are you an officially regulated remittance service and where are you incorporated??

How do I pay you?
Depending on the urgency of your transfer, there are a number of different ways
to pay us.
You can pay us by Telegraphic Transfer (a CHAPS payment) which normally ensures
that your transfer will reach the efastcash account on the same day. We recommend
this method for large amounts to avoid any delay in the delivery of your funds.
You can also make a BACS transfer, which can take up to three working days to reach
our account. Pay by online transfer direct from your bank account which can take
up to three working days or pay by cheque which takes up to five working days to
clear. Or you can pay us by cash at any of our branches in London or by crediting
our bank account.

Can I request for a refund if I do change my mind?
If your funds are cleared in our account and have not yet been acted upon, we will
be happy to return your funds subject to refund policy.
Is my beneficiary guaranteed to receive my money transfer?
As soon as we receive your funds and requested beneficiary details, we execute your
transfer immediately. In the case of an efastcash person-to-person transfer, we
also provide you with a unique 8-digit PIN number. Your money will be ready for
collection immediately.
For bank account transfers, the transfer is initiated immediately and as per standard
practise, the funds are credited within 3 working days provided that the beneficiary
details supplied by you are accurate, i.e. bank account details, name and contact
information of beneficiary.

Of course you can. Not just the United States but with eFastcash you can credit bank accounts in more than 100 other countries for a flat fee of £10, irrespective of amount.
How do you determine your exchange rates?
The exchange rates are based on current market rates at the time and change all
day according to market movements.
Is there a limit on the number of transfers I make?
You can affect as many transfers as you’d like, provided you have supplied us with
all the requested ID details. There is no maximum amount one can transfer. However,
in terms of anti-money laundering legislation, customers requesting a one-off transfer
or a series of linked transactions totalling £10,000 will be required to provide
us with evidence of the source of funds and/or income in addition to the standard
ID requirement.
What are the opening hours of efascash?
Our Customer Support Centre is open on weekdays from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM, on Saturday
from 9:30AM to 5:30 PM and on Sunday from 10.00AM to 4PM
How and where would the beneficiary collect efastcash payouts?
In the case of a pay-on-ID transaction to Sri Lanka, the beneficiary can visit any
Commercial Bank branch, inform the cashier that he or she is there to collect a
Fastcash pay out, produce his 8-digit PIN number and confirm their ID by producing
their national ID Card. When both these conditions are fulfilled, the beneficiary
will successfully collect the agreed funds. Please note that the beneficiary will
not incur any charges on collection in Sri Lanka.
In the case of a eFastcash money transfer to any other country, the bank account
of the beneficiary will be credited within three working days.
What are the collection times for eFastcash remittances in Sri Lanka?
As pay-on-ID collections are made through Commercial Bank, the beneficiary can visit
any Commercial Bank branch up to 3.30 pm during weekdays. Alternately they can visit
Commercial Bank branches located inside some of the well known convenient centres
in major towns around the Island which are open until 7.00 pm, 365 days a year.
